Architecture isn’t just about buildings, it’s about designing experiences. You’ll discover how creativity meets engineering, how math and geometry turn ideas into structures, and how color, history, and culture all play a part in making places beautiful and functional.
In this hands-on program, you’ll learn to think like both an artist and an inventor as you sketch, plan, and build your own 3D models. You’ll experiment, problem-solve, and bring your designs to life through projects that stretch your imagination and your STEM skills.

Past Instructor: Tristan Whalen
Tristan received his undergraduate degree from Williams College, and received his Masters degree from Harvard School of Design. He is currently pursuing his PhD from Brown University in Art and Architecture. Tristan also serves as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University in Philosophy and History of Art + Architecture, and as a graduate student lecturer at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston.
